HandiFoam World Cup Ticket Promotion – Official Rules & Regulations

- This promotion is sponsored by ICP Construction, Inc., 150 Dascomb Road, Andover, MA 01810 (“Sponsor”).
Promotion Period
- The promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on January 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
- This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are authorized customers of Sponsor and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.
How To Enter
- Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for each qualifying prepaid freight order of HandiFoam®, FireShell®, or Gardner® Caulk products placed during the Promotion Period.
- Full truckload orders will receive ten (10) entries.
- All qualifying orders must be placed through customercare@icpgroup.com.
- Orders must ship and invoice within standard lead times to be considered eligible.
- No limit on the number of entries per eligible participant during the Promotion Period.
Prize Details
- A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded, with one (1) winner selected from each HandiFoam U.S. region.
- Each prize consists of tickets to a World Cup match.
- Match details, including but not limited to game round, teams, date, and location, are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
- Travel, lodging, meals, transportation, visas, insurance, and all other expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted live on HandiFoam Facebook Live on April 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. Winners will be notified following the drawing using contact information associated with the qualifying order.
Prize Conditions
- Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged.
- Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
- Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where permitted by law.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, company name, likeness, and/or promotional entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or delayed entries, orders, or communications, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the promotion. Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.
- Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prizes.
- ICP Group is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from participation in the contest.
Void Where Prohibited
Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the entry process, or to otherwise circumvent the stated rules and eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification at the discretion of the promotion administrators.
Employees of ICP Construction and other ICP Group companies and such employees direct family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received within each U.S. region. Winners will be selected by random drawing. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.
Governing Law
This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
